Burlington Northern Passenger Cars (Former NP)

Northern Pacific's passenger cars were utilized in two main trains, the North Coast Limited and the Mainstreeter. Most cars were painted in the two-tone green 'Loewy' scheme, with the remaining in just plain Pullman green. After the merger, cars that received the green and white 'Hockey Stick' scheme retained their NP numbers instead of their assigned BN numbers, confusing the renumbering even more.
